Beaufortain
Beaufortain is a range of mountains in the Savoie department. It extends around the village of Beaufort.
It retains an authentic charm where traditional Savoyard wooden chalets blend into the hillsides. The alpine pastures are grazed by herds of cows and goats with tinkling bells, producing the renowned local cheeses.
Called the Little Switzerland, it is known for its remarkable sceneries.
